Superb friendly service, great ambience and excellent fresh food marks this little gem of a restaurant out. Even the building is like finding a quaint Italian village restaurant - quite unexpected in the heart of London

A buzzing Italian restaurant in London's Belgravia, Sicily da Scalzo showcases irresistible Mediterranean flavours in 4 different dining areas spread over 2 floors. The stunning interior is filled with an ever-changing collection of contemporary artwork, there are live jazz evenings, and the popular al fresco patio area is a great people-watching spot.

Authentic London produce goes into the Sicily da Scalzo menu, with fruit and veg sourced from Covent Garden, and meat from Smithfield. Sicilian specials include grilled salmon with new potatoes and salsa verde, while freshly made pizzas also include gluten-free dough options. Delectable vegetarian pasta recipes feature rich flavours like gorgonzola and wild mushroom, while small sharing plates include melt-in-the-mouth baby pork ribs and pancetta, slow cooked in tomato sauce.

Italian and Sicilian wines are showcased at Sicily da Scalzo in Belgravia, along with international beers. For dessert, there are classics such as tiramisu, and a selection of after dinner cocktails.

Combining fine Italian recipes with modern art, Sicily da Scalzo is a chic, stylish eatery with a great ambience. Victoria Rail Station is an 8-minute walk away.

A friend and I came to the restaurant for the 2nd time in February. We had a lovely meal and would still go back again however there was a little too much garlic in the pasta for me!! There was a pianist playing which really added to the ambience and service was great too.

Amazing restaurant. The 2-story layout is unique and offers a different feel to a standard restaurant. Live piano music adds to the environment. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly waiters.

We had a really good meal, food and wine was excellent. The people were so friendly and we had a wonderful evening. The bill for six of us was really reasonable. It was so nice that they had a pianist playing, which happens every evening.

Our experience at this restaurant was not good in respect of both quality of service and food. Wrong items delivered for starters and one persons meal missed with the mains. Manageress was very apologetic and did discount the meal however overall was not a good experience and I would not recommend.
