In the grounds of the beautiful BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir Hindu temple, Shayona showcases vegetarian cuisine from across the Indian sub-continent in a contemporary setting, with colourful artwork adorning the walls.

The Shayona menu has a superb selection of colourful, aromatic dishes. There are South Indian crepes stuffed with spiced potatoes and served with lentil soup and coconut chutney, curries of varying spiciness made with vegetables and soy mince, along with breads made in the traditional tandoor oven.

Special Gujarati buffets are also available at Shayona Neasden, as well as a selection of freshly made lassis, including mango, rose, and salted.

Offering an exciting selection of Indian vegetarian dishes and perfectly located for temple worship, Shayona London sits just an 8-minute drive from Neasden Tube Station.

Great staff, and very welcoming atmosphere. It was an exciting place to visit. Sadly, the food is not that good if you enjoy the wonderful flavours of vegetarian Indian cooking - go to Drummond Street in Camden - Diwana - for that, where the sauces and dosas are truly authentic. Service a bit patchy - forgot to bring the drinks and we had to ask for the bill to be done again.

Food is excellent but service is a bit lazy and you would need to chase them to get the things on table eg even water
