Extremely poor experience. We booked a table but had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Service was very slow whereby we had to find the waiter and then waited 20 minutes for the first drink. Starters were average and the mains we couldn’t even eat! Really poor when paying so much to stay at Alton Towers.

Food was ok but not great. Restaurant was dated and every table we sat at wobbled. Service was very slow but staff were friendly.

Overpriced and very basic.
£60 for two dry children’s burgers, a bean burger and some nachos. Restaurant is nice and we had a booth but food is very overpriced for what it is.

Unfortunately this was a very poor experience again , the service was terrible our starters were left in the window for 10 mins were we could see them while our server wandered round the next table suffered the same fate and had to prompt the server to bring there wine which was sat looking at them for 5 mins , the food was poor and slow we didn’t expect much and got less than expected, I couldn’t finish my entree nor could my children!! To be honest all the restaurants on property are poor !!

I liked the lay out and how nice looking and clean the restaurant was.
We got our own menus and were sat right near the door way which I’d prefer to sit further inside.
Unfortunately we were left sitting for ages with no dessert then someone asked if we had dessert we hadn’t so then had to wait ages again.
The food its self for the cost I didn’t think was that great and dessert I left as it wasn’t nice when we came a couple of years ago my opinion was very different food was better and much nicer tasting.

Tables too close together couldn’t get into seating.
Glasses were all scratched, when your paying nearly £8 for a glass of rose you like it to arrive looking crystal clear.
My main ‘beef, beef & beef’ was absolutely shocking, ball of cold shredded beef on plate no idea what that was. And the cabbage you couldn’t cut through it was that badly cooked.
The only thing we all liked was the pudding. Daughters sausage and mash was ridiculously tiny portion especially compared to her brothers chicken strips.
We got stuck in a section surrounded by younger children, basically out the way where kids couldn’t bother single couples, as my kids are behaved and older I found this extremely irritating as my meal was ruined listening to the sound of younger kids crying!
