I eat here approximately once every three months and am never disappointed. The set menus are excellent value for money and we had a great waiter. This is the perfect venue for meeting up with friends travelling to and from different areas.

Nice quiet brasserie. Good place to meet for a chat, as music not loud and tables nicely spaced out.
We had the set menu for lunch and the food was good...but rather small portions.
Service was very good and waiter friendly. -

An impressive looking place that delivers an impressive experience. I've been eating (and occasionally just drinking in the bars) here since this venue opened. The location and style of the place is remarkable: a modern day French railway station brasserie. It's good for the variety of its food and the very customer-friendly service. It's particularly good value when eating from the set menu. I have often used the place when traveling from St Pancras to mainland Europe. It's step free from public transport and the car park.

I have been several times before and enjoyed it but today was disappointing. I ordered chicken pie and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I changed to tarragon chicken and was told the same. I tried to order the 2 veg from the menu (kale and parsnips/carrots) but was told neither was available - just buttered greens. No apology for any of this. Very slow to get wine ordered, pie was mainly pastry with maybe dessert spoon of chicken and my friends burger and bacon were overdone to the point of burnt around the edges. Lastly, the staff were moving tables around for apx 5 minutes - dragging tables and chairs which was so noisy we stopped talking until they finished. Extremely disappointed to the extent I would now think twice about going again.

Lovely experience, the food and the champagne were great. The staff were very pleasant and were very helpful especially as one of our guests was in a wheelchair. They even prepared a special desert plate when they found out we were celebrating a birthday.
