Loved the whole thing - an early dinner booking on an offer gave us a splendid view while the sun went down. the food was well done at the price. We then went upstairs to the bar and had a great view over the Tower and river at night - good cocktails and bar food looked good and thought a great place for lunch. Service excellent throughout including provision of a cocktail in the bar from the restaurant menu. It was a Monday evening so its probably much busier at the weekend.

A very good atmosphere backed up by the wonderful views. The staff were very helpful, the service very good and the food was also of a good standard. My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Watercress and spinach soup went well with the salmon and the cheesecake was light as a dessert

It was my job to organise a meal for 15 people who had run an exam that day, with a budget of maximum £50/ head all in , so I booked two tables for their set dinner menu (internet booking offer, 3 courses and a drink from their menu for £40/head). The venue was great - a real experience to be so high up and in the Gherkin building, overlooking London. The service was polite and attentive. I thought the food was fine for the price, given the venue, and it was a treat to have 3 courses, but one of the guests who is used to Michelin star dining complained througout the meal about the food.
