We booked the restaurant for a group of 20 of us for a family/friends christmas meal on christmas eve. When we arrived, we were squashed together on a table which was not big enough by far for 20 people. We were asked to pay for our drinks as we ordered them, which was ok, but we did not expect to ALSO be charged with the meal as well. The food came out at different times, things were missing, the waiters/manager werent helpful at all, in fact they were rude, ignorant, and talking over us when we tried to explain things to them. In addition to this, when they asked us how we wished to pay, we explained we wanted to split the bill, which should have been easy enough, yet they decided not to do this later on, instead making it at difficult as possible, trying to charge [$] for a childs dinner, and charge twice for one of the guests. Having had a huge argument with the manager who, even after being physically shown he was in the wrong on a calculator, the waiters were rude, staring at us in what could only be described as a stand off. Absolutely appalling service, the manager really needs to address what the word management means and learn how to treat customers with respect. Beware of service charges, a charge for every single person was added on, the amount it eventually totalled was disgusting. Not good value for money in the slightest, but even if if was a hell of a lot cheaper, i wont ever go back due to the terrible time we had there, resulting in what should have been a lovely family evening together, turning out to be a nightmare.
