Our experience was lovely. The food and tea was quite nice and filling. The hotel is beautifully decorated.

It was absolutely MAGICAL! My whole family was eager to come again, I was aware that they might be humouring me but not at all. We loved smelling the selection of teas and reading about them and choosing ones we had not had before - they were delicious! From selecting the teas to eating the ice cream served in tiny pot plants, we enjoyed every moment. Our waitress remembered that one of our party was gluten intolerant without us having to remind her.Very impressed with the attention to details.

Way overprices for the quality of the food and deserts! Will not be coming back again. The atmosphere and the chinaware are nice.

The food was nice and the outside area was lovely. The staff were great, as were the cocktails. However, I found the maitre'd quite abrupt, which put me offside. For the price it cost, they should have acted a bit friendlier. Also, I would have liked a few more savoury pieces.

This was a superb afternoon tea. The setting was fabulous and the food was even better! All 'Alice in Wonderland ' themed, there was everything from queen of heart biscuits to edible flowers. The warmed scones were amazing as was the selection of teas. Service was brilliant and after many afternoon teas, this one will be hard to top!

Nice experience filled with Libertel delicate details. Even if the food served with the tea is not the best I have had, overall is a pleasant experience.
The teas are really nice.

Lovely tea, constantly refilling our drinks and offers of extra food. We were not rushed and was a lovely setting. Catered well for member of our party who couldn't eat seafood with vegetarian equivalents.

Lovely setting and food. Tea and drinks good too. It was my daughters birthday and when I told them they arranged a some cake, candle and wrote on the plate it was served on. But they were short staffed, so there was a bit of waiting esp towards the end.
