An all-American eatery, Ruby Tuesday Cheltenham serves up hearty stateside food with a home-style feel, pairing an accomplished wine list and premium cocktails with hand-packed burgers and hefty sharing platters. As well as a bountiful garden bar, Ruby Tuesday caters for al fresco dining with its anterior patio area.

Smoked, chunky burgers and tender sticky ribs lead the grills on the Ruby Tuesday Menu, smothered in crumbled blue cheese, crispy bacon or a tangy barbecue glaze. Seafood selections include sweet, meaty shark catfish cooked in a lemon-butter sauce with a herb crust, whilst a thick and creamy New York cheesecake heads the desserts.

Robust lamps suspend from the clean, white ceiling, throwing a muted glow across the Ruby Tuesday restaurant, whilst pronounced wooden panelling frames the dining area. The furnishing is minimalist, with dotted artwork providing sporadic bursts of colour.

Ruby Tuesday in Cheltenham is a 5-minute drive from Cheltenham Spa Rail Station, and a 4-minute walk to the town’s sprawling high street.

Chips were cold, food get sent back and rather than give us fresh ones they tasted like they were re fried so very greasy, chicken was cold. Asked for the bill and one lady took 10 mins and didn't come back with it so had to ask someone else. Service was awful and very slow, need more waitress/waiters that actually know what service is

Disappointing compared to cardiff restaurant, where we felt we enjoyed the ambience more. The Cheltenham vist was my Granddaughter's choice for her 9th birthday but it could have been any occassion as nothing was special, she enjoyed the salad but said her meal was OK ( we purchased an adult meal).

Alex, who served us was very approachable, friendly and helpful. He looked after us well, however there were only 2 waitering staff on a bank holiday Monday and things soon started slowing down- needed more staff for busy bank hol!!
