A London dining landmark for over 30 years, R.S. Hispaniola restaurant ship gives diners classic elegance on the River Thames. Moored at Victoria Embankment, stunning river views are offered on the sun terraces and upper deck bar.
Effortlessly romantic, the R.S. Hispaniola restaurant sits just across from the London Eye, and benefits from the sparkle of its lights on the water. Al fresco dining on deck in the warmer months is perfect for enjoying one of the many wines on offer, and R.S. Hispaniola London also serves a popular afternoon tea menu.
Modern British and European cuisine feature on the R.S. Hispaniola menu. Bold flavour and texture combinations feature in dishes like wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and shaved parmesan. Fresh seafood options are also available, like South Coast plaice with sautéed spinach, burnt butter and capers
The R.S. Hispaniola offers romance and spectacle, just a short walk from Charing Cross and Embankment Tube stations.

Went for lunchtime and was surprised to see very few other diners present given the fine weather. We had the star special 3 course set menu with glass of prosecco. The choice of courses was quite limited. The service was very attentive and the food came without delay. The starter of liver parfait was good, the mains of salmon and chicken breast were tasty but lacked potatoes which would have been a side order. The sweets were poor eton mess looked strange and my cinnamon cake was dry and would have benefitted from having custard. Wine list was good but pricey and 12.5% service was added automatically to the bill.

Went here for the 3 course meal with free flowing prosecco. Absolutely loved it. The location is brilliant, the staff are very friendly and attentive. Our waiter Christian was superb. The prosecco is certainly very free flowing. The food was excellent.

Lovely location on a lovely boat. The staff were polite, accommodating to dietary requirements and friendly. Food was tasty though could have done with more finesse.

Had a very pleasant evening as with good company. On arrival we wanted to have a drink before our meal and was told that it was table service only which was finecwe went on the outside deck but waited 20 minutes for a drink. The starter was plentiful but could have been served with more toast as lots of pate and not anywhere to spread it. Main course nice but sides were extra cost dessert not the best. However the free flowing prosseco was definitely free flowing and an hour and a half was certainly generous. Service was a little slow but the staff were lovely and very friendly. I would recommend as s nice place to sit and have a drink or two but could be imprivedvwith a few tweaks. Didn't like the 12% service charge and asked for this to be removed as I like to decide how much I want to tip. However the staff member did remove the service charge without any problem at all.

The food was nice and the prosecco was free flowing without prompting. The waiters put some candles on our desserts as it was a special occasion

Great place to dine. The food was lovely and all the staff very pleasant and efficient. We were blessed with a sunny day to overlook the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Looking at the proper menu prices the voucher only really gave you 2 free glasses of Prosecco, but that was fine by me!!
