Under Michel Roux Jr’s guidance and supervision, chef Nicolas Pasquier creates simple yet refined dishes using classic French cooking techniques. Expect dishes such as braised turbot with native lobster ravioli or chicken gyoza with lemongrass, all complemented by a range of desserts specially created by The Langham’s executive pastry chef, Andrew Gravett. For a savoury end to a meal, a sizeable custom-made cabinet showcases a range of cheeses from the very best British and French suppliers.
Entering through the impressive wine vault with its atmospheric lighting, diners at The Landau progress to the lavish yet elegant interior of the dining room, created by award-winning, London-based interior architecture practice David Collins Studio. Roux at The Landau London offers a wine list compiled with passion, with precisely 525 varieties of both New and Old World wines, all available by the glass.

The food was excellent, the service was very helpful and friendly - nothing was too difficult to accommodate, and they were happy to answer questions about the menu. Restaurant setting is romantic and has a very good atmosphere.

We chose the set 3 course menu for a celebratory lunch. The hens egg looked excellent and my husband said it was! I had the mozzarella. The cod looked good too, perhaps a tad small and I had the pork. We both had delicious souffles!
We enjoyed our visit to The Landau, the front of house and serving staff were all very friendly and efficient, especially the two Neapolitan young ladies.

A fantastic lunch, the service was impeccable. The staff could not have been more helpful dealing with an allergy I had. The presentation of the food was fantastic even down to the butter being presented as a cone. The pig cheek in red wine was my favourite dish, the tastes were sublime. A nice touch was the shards of chocolate presented at the end of the meal.

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner - lovely venue, great food, and superb service. The set menu was really good value for money. Will definitely be back.
