A unique venture from Michelin-starred Michel Roux, Roux at Parliament Square serves innovative classic cuisine with a modern twist. Housed within a striking historic building, the luxury of the dining room is offset by the fashionable Pembury Bar on the 1st floor.
Starters include Orkney scallop, Veal sweetbreads and the delicate mackerel, while mains range from Test Valley trout, or mouthwatering ribeye with onion and bone marrow to the star turn of dry-aged duck with beetroot and blackberries. Classic desserts on offer at Roux Westminster include caramel tart and apple soufflé alongside a cheese trolley to die for.
For a more informal ambience, The Pembury Bar on the 1st floor of Roux Parliament Square restaurant offers a quaint, library-style setting with a fashionable edge. This extremely comfortable space offers premium wines and beers selected by Albert and Michel Roux, alongside a light all day menu with Chef specials at lunch and dinners.
Surrounded by such landmarks, as the Westminster Abbey and The Houses of Parliament, Roux at Parliament Square London offers a cosmopolitan hideaway.

The food was excellent. The service was unforgivable. Served at table in the Penbury bar by sullen Italian waiter with no interaction with us at all. We had booked in on a special offer of £22 per head (3) to include 3 courses plus drinks. We had 3 courses and 2 non alcoholic drinks and a small beer plus a bottle of water. The bill came to £104. Why was that? Left a tip of £10 pounds for the sullen waiter. Why because i'ts what we do! I shall not be using your restaurant again. Having got that off my chest the food was very good.

Ideally we would like to have eaten at 6 or 7, but could only book at 5, which was strange because we stayed till 7 and the room was empty the whole time bar 2 or 3 others arriving. The service was fine but I felt like they wanted us out at the end which wasn’t pleasant. The wine was ridiculously expensive for what it was (so watch out for this!!) and the food was delicious (however my pasta was lukewarm at best). The room (pembury bar) has a nice atmosphere but overall I felt like I should have enjoyed this experience more.

No complaints about the service but the meal was a lot to be desired. The main course was barely warm and unpleasant. My friend and I ordered the cashew nut and sweet potato korma and neither of us could get past a few fork fulls. To be fair, we were not charged for this. My friend said the drinks were frightfully expensive £5 for a tonic water. Sadly the restaurant was lacking in ambience. Table cloths would possibly make a difference and elevate the experience...but we got a special deal, hence what can you expect for £22 a head????

Had a lovely meal which was very good value under the Star Deal. They basically let you choose anything off of their normal lunch menu. Good surrounding and good service. It was served in the bar but we could still sit at a proper table and chairs.

Lovely experience! The food was great, the service attentive, the room upstairs is the Roux bar, spacious, elegantly informal and ideal for a work lunch or an intimate lunch.

Really excellent meal and exceptional value too. Plus, I got to have a brief chat with Michel - an unexpected bonus!

Great food, great value, service wise, treated a little like the poor relation.

4 of us had the set menu which was very good particularly the pea soup and the salted caramel tart. As it was on a special offer of £22 (including a glass of wine) it was excellent value for money. Service was pleasant, but could be more attentive.
