Originally from Brazil, the concept is simple; large portions of meat served directly from the Rodizio grill thus conserving optimal flavour, consistency and temperature. In a traditional Brazilian churrascaria (shoo-ras-ka-ria - Steakhouse), the meat is cooked on skewers over an open fire and then carved directly on to your plate. Often at a fixed price, all types of meat are served by experienced meat carvers (passadores), until the guests are fully satiated and satisfied. Traditionally, the guests use a round disc to signal “more meat” with the green side and “stop” or “wait” with the red. The name Rodizio, meaning to rotate or turn, refers to the constant rounds made by the passadores.

Kommer aldrig gå dit igen eller rekommdera det till bekanta, sämsta någonsin var på en kvarters krog i Bollnäs det var mycket bättre. Det var nästan att vi gick därifrån under middagen
