Great atmosphere and service. Decent roast but not really value for money at all. The celeriac and chestnut soup with duck confit was very salty. The roast was good, but not great. Sticky toffee pudding was decent. Nothing I could complain about but nothing that blew me away. The hunt for the best roast in London goes on....

A busy restaurant in the heart of the market. Lots of tables squeezed in, difficult to have a private conversation. Couldn't fault the food, presentation or service. The standard menu is expensive for what you are given. The special offers make it a worthwhile venue to go to.

A thoroughly enjoyable meal. The whole experience from start to finish added to the enjoyment .The staff were efficient without being intrusive .
The Beef Wellington and the Beef with Yorkshire pudding were delicious. Too full for a big dessert we shared a cheese board -which had a good selection ; the Stilton was particularly good.

The restaurant is lovely and in a nice location overlooking the market. The staff were attentive, polite and extremely efficient. The menu is varied and food very tasty. I had the lamb as main course and the only downside was that the lamb was cold. The rest of the dish was hot but I didn't want to make a fuss about this. The roast potatoes were the best I have ever had in a restaurant
