Adrian Martin started his culinary career in 1982 as an apprentice chef at the Dorchester Hotel in London, under the watchful eye of world renowned chef Anton Mosimann.  Since that time Adrian's cuisine has been experienced at top London Restaurants including: The Ivy, Le Caprice, The Greenhouse and Scott's of Mayfair.
