Great service, very friendly staff, good menu and a lovely atmosphere. Very reasonable set lunch menu considering the good quality of the food.

We really enjoyed the scones and sandwiches that came with the afternoon tea. The patisserie were not all as good, we didn't like the carrot cake and the red velvet cake because they simply tasted like sugar. Service was ok, though a bit messy at first because a new girl helped us and she didn't quite seem to understand how the afternoon tea works, but after a colleague took over it was fine.

Richoux never disappoints - food, service, ambience are all great and the prices are extremely reasonable.

While I appreciate that the restaurant was very busy, I was very disappointed.
It was very clear that the staff either did not know or did not care that I had reserved a table and it was only by chance that we only had to wait five minutes before one became available.
Our waiter seemed confused by the very reasonable request that one of the afternoon teas only come with vegetarian sandwiches and forgot to actually lodge our order with the kitchen meaning we received our tea some 40 minutes before the food arrived.

The cost was exorbitant for the quality of afternoon tea provided - so disappointed as had been looking forward to sharing this with my elderly mum on our visit to England. Dry scones and soggy sandwiches not what we were expecting ??

After a rocky start - not sure if they got my booking, even though I had an email confirmation - staff very attentive and they met all our dietary requirements. Food was lovely and we had a great time.

Richoux never disappoints. A friend and I enjoyed delicious eggs Florentine and a croquet monsieur for lunch before a visit to the V&A. Food delicious as always, service very friendly and prompt.
