Presentation of the food was very disappointing. I had Coquille St. Jacques - hand dived scallop, mushrooms, white wine cream sauce glazed with cheese for starter & Steak for main. Absolutely no garnish plain as anything you get from a cheap cafe. Portions were so small I had to ask for 3 extra slices of bread. I'm only a wait 28 male. So you can imagine if an averaged build person eat here they will have to order 2 portions. Our deal included a glass of prosecco. However the staff never offered it until after they have taken the orders and when we inquired only it was offered. Apart from that wine was reasonable. Very informal atmosphere and service good. Food was tasty however very disappointing poor presentation of food. Will not recommend this venue. This is the first bad experience via Bookatable which I have used so many times but always exceed expectations.

we dined at 6pm the service was good waitress very nice but we did not feel there was anything special about the place or the meal and did not feel and later found out after eating at a really nice place for half the price that it was definately not value for money

We dined at 7.30 on a saturday night. Welcome was good. Location within the hotel is ok. It is like an ajunct to the hotel bar. Menu offered good choice. Food was all of a very good standard. Drink was reasonably priced. Overall enjoyed the experience, and would recomend to others.

We dined at lunchtime, it was a business lunch. The service and timings were spot on. The food was lovely. My only critiscism is that the ambiance could have been a bit 'warmer'.

Absolutely fantastic. Everything from the time we entered to the time we left was perfect. The food was stunning, perfect portion sizes, very tasty. Impeccable service, attentive yet not overbearing. I would very much recommend W1 to everyone.

Dinner on Saturday night. Fixed price menu. Felt like we were on a production line. Three tables of two all served at the same time by the same waitress. Not very impressive!

We ate at 8pm on a Saturday evening, restaurant was very vibrant and busy. Service was fantastic and really made you feel important. Food was outstanding and helping sizes were excellent, in had read some conflicting reports on this restaurant but our meal shot them all down in flames, we could not fault anything, apart from having to wait till our next trip to re-visit!!!!
