Had a great time
Great food, good happy hour for cocktails and Tastecard on a Friday. Waiting staff really friendly and loved the food.
Great food, friendly staff
Generally enjoyed our visit but waited a longtime for the main meal to be delivered ,too long.
The mixed fajita plate of food was certainly well cooked & not particularly warm.
Our waiter was extremly pleasant & they were all working flat out .
Great atmosphere, very welcoming
Service was ok considering how busy the restaurant was .
Great food and service, however there was only one man working,he was struggle and received no help.
The staff were great, but unfortunately the food was not good, over cooked and dry, very small portion of chips, sweet potatoe wedges were dry on the outside and greasey in the middle - we used to love dining there, but won't come back now, too expensive for the quality of the food.
Very good food and service.
Food from the starter to the main was cold
Mixed platter, the only thing that was hot was the jalapeño poppers which were still not hot enough, usually when you bite into these you have to be careful, not these.
Main course of Chilli which we asked after the cold starter to make sure was hot, came to us warm.
Sent back and returned congealed as had been microwaved and not even stirred to make presentable.
On asking for the Manager, she didn't have a clue, too young, just stood there not saying anything with no apology, explanation, nothing.
We were looking forward to this as we hadn't been to Chiquito's in a few years and unfortunately will not be back.
Lovely food, good service
