Food, Service, Staff all very good. Toilets were a let down, not as clean or fresh smelling as they could be. We were quite surprised at this as the rest of the establishment was very good.
On this occasion, I was disappointed with my steak, I honestly think I was served the wrong steak, sirloin, instead of ribeye.
We had to wait 1h to be seated and finally got our food at 10pm. I did book a table at 8:15pm, so I wasn't very happy with the experience.
Staff were friendly
waiting time was ridiculous and they ran out of the starter my husband wanted.The time waiting for the courses to be served took ages.
Eventually when the mains were bought out they were barley warm.
The sweet was supposed to be sticky toffee pudding which tasted more like a cheap ginger cake.
Due to visiting on Valentine's day the restaurant was very busy and although I had booked a table we had to wait over 20 minutes for our table. The server was attentive,i had to send my steak back as it was not cooked as requested and i had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for a glass of wine. We have dined here several times but have never had to return my meal before. We will however eat here again .
Excellent service, excellent meal, visited the new premises at Bromsgrove about three weeks ago on New Years Eve and was very disappointed with the quality of the stakes, and will not be returning to the premises till they improve the restaurant . Over the many years we have visited the Solihull premises, we have always had great quality meals, and service, as we did on our last visit. The service we had from the waitress DONNA was first class, very help full. as we are OAPs we are very satisfied.

I placed a booking for my wife's fifteenth as you can see from other emails , I requested a cake , birthday bubbles and any thing special that your company could do for her , I finally got to speak to somebody on Saturday 27/1/18 to confirm all of this and they apologised and said that some body was suppose to contact me to confirm it had all been arranged but I never had this call or even email to confirm I actually tried ringing your company at least 30 times with no avail through the week , so I was very disappointed with your sales service and customer care , when we turned up for our meal the guy I think was the manager asked me if it was the celebration that he could see on he's computer and I informed him it was thinking great it's all ok now and all had been sorted . We were given a buzzer to let us know when our table would be ready me thinking to my wisdom that all was being sorted !!! We got shown to our very average table with no frills or any balloons etc so I thought ok let's try to make the best of it now as your food and service has always been very good before , the meal came and went the girl serving us was very attentive and helpful but after starters , mains , puddings , no cake or birthday bubbles so I asked for the bill paid my bill gave the waitress a generous tip for all her hard work but left feeling very very very disappointed with your company , I would like a reply to my email please explaining why after being told this had all been sorted that my wife's night turned out to be a very disappointing evening for her on such a special occasion

We waited 1hr 15 mins for our food was very busy complained about how long the food was taking was informed 3 down in kitchen that is not my fault. Also restuarant was freezing did notice blow heaters scattered around but none of them were on.
