Very poor. Service was inadequate by it appeared to o be untrained and I supervised staff. I ordered two starters instead of one main. The squid appeared to have no squid just batter. The sticky duck salad was not a salad. This was one of my favourite dishes in the past. Lovely salad with lots of duck in a lovely sauce. What I got was bits of duck on slices of vegetables, carrots, courgettes and I'm not sure what the white slices were and the sauce was slimy. I did not enjoy my meal at all.
Nice food, but very poor slow service
Lobster and crab Fishcakes were tasteless and Fries looked and tasted as though they had been around the kitchen for a while !
Very disappointing as on previous occasions the Fishcakes have been very tasty.Other dishes ordered were excellent.
We chose the Ferry to meet with friends for lunch then go for a walk along the Thames and through the village, the. Back to the pub for a drink. We had a fantastic day, thoroughly enjoyed by all. A lovely pub with a number of dining areas to choose from - the best being outside on the river bank watching the boats go by. It was very good value for money with an extensive menu - something for everyone.
A typical M&B owned operation - the Owners are thieves targeting only maximum profit, the staff are brilliant whilst working for a pittance.
There were not enough staff, typical of the Owners, but the staff on duty grafted all shift.
Very enjoyable meal and excellent service.
Love the view. Love the food. Service needs improvement. Prices are upfront robbery. Paid 7£ for 3 pieces chicken nuggets!!! Crazzzy!!
Food came wrong.Service was poor.My chair kept getting knocked by waiters pushing past.I paid 271.00 and didn't complain as it was a happy celebration.NOT impressed at all
FOOD EXCELLENT, SERVICE SLOOOOOOOOW.
Huge portions, amazing service
Parking wasn't great though but I guess it being Mother's Day had an effect on that.
