The whole dining experience was awful . Our starters were cold and had to be sent back and then when the second lot of prawns came out the were like they had been microwaved do we left them . Then the main came out ant three of us had chicken which was stone cold. There was 4 of us and it was a special birthday. So to say I was disappointed is an understatement. But thank u for asking
Disappointed - the restaurant was overbearingly noisy, we couldn't hear ourselves speak! Service was good, the waitress was attentive and starters came quickly and were delicious. Mains took an unacceptable amount of time - one of my party is diabetic and unfortunately had become very dizzy and faint during the wait, I ordered water and then had to go to the bar to get it myself as it sat there for 10 minutes and my uncle was feeling increasingly unwell. 5 mains arrived and then it was a further 5 or so minutes until the 6th dish came. Unfortunately none of us enjoyed the mains (4 pizza dishes, one pasta and one chicken) and although the waitress was apologetic and took my uncles meal off the bill we decided not to have dessert and left. Such a shame as we've previously only had good experiences at Prezzo and it was a real treat for us all to go out together!

Both of us who chose decaf coffee couldn't drink it, it was far too bitter.
Air conditioning was too cold, it was much warmer outside.
Food ok, would have preferred carbonara with crispy parma ham rather than pancetta.
I would say everything was just average, nothing special.
Seats where we were sitting very tired, some of top coating on fake leather seating had come off

Really enjoy the special menus and their is now a wider choice.
The only thing that spoilt the whole enjoyment for this visit was the fact that we were placed at the back of the restaurant, next to the toilet door, kitchen door and another exit, making a cold draft when they were all in operation (Didn’t feel cost and ambience could have been better).
