fantastic environment; super food and professional and friendly staff. We all loved it.
Nice, friendly place with good food and a decent wine list. Shame there is no cloakroom.
The restaurant is well presented just off the Eurostar concourse. I like the decor but unfortunately I found the found rather uninteresting. The flavours were quite bland but that may have been because we ate off the set menu. Lovely venue however to meet for a drink.
The food was well presented, tasted amazing and lovely atmosphere too. Staff were friendly. The only thing that would stop me going back, was the service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes after sitting down at table and no service. I had to go and ask at bar.
Excellent turmeric ginger carrot soup, and also chicken breast very tasty.
I booked the special offer of £25 for a two course and a glass of Prosecco. Not a huge choice, but the terrine was very nice - no bread or toast though. When I asked for some I had to pay extra. The main was char grilled chicken - it was excellent, the sauce especially.
One member of staff was ok the other three not so, two could not understand me. As they were taking the starter away I asked could we wait about 10 -15 minutes before the main. Within 15 seconds the main arrived.
The food was well presented and tasted fantastic very good sized portions.
Staff were helpful and attentive.
I would thoroughly recommend the Searcy's Champagne Bar and Brasserie. The champagne is good and reasonably priced, the food is very well presented and cooked and is really fresh. It is very good value for money and worth going to even if you are not setting off on a train journey.
Average I would say. The restaurant itself is lovely but the service was very slow! The offer menu wasn’t accurate, so it was actually more expensive when you arrive (no side included as stated). Food was average, I had a fish cake and it was way too salty. Staff were friendly.
I booked the Brasserie for 7 friends all arriving into London at different train stations, it’s easy to get to being above the main shopping area of St Pancras. We had drinks whilst waiting for all to arrive and were then shown to a lovely oval table recessed from the main restaurant, perfect for a group of ladies or more private dining experience. We ate from the set menu, 3 courses for £28 including a delicious glass of English sparkling wine, concensous was excellent value for money in a great location. Service was fantastic including the hand over when our waiter ended his shift.
