Well below our expectation. First, the communication skills of the administrative staff were very poor. Secondly, the table that was offered was most unconfortable with a broken metal chair. We had to request a another table. The Mad Hatter tea was not as magical as we expected. There are better places in London to go for a tea. We will share our experience with our friends.
Afternoon tea with cocktail- fabulous. Warm welcome and lovely food and drink.
Wonderful experience, relaxing and delicious!
Mad Hatter is a charming place although the service could be improved. We were checked with only once during our 2 hr stay and were unable to catch anyone’s eye for the drink that we had ordered for after our meal or water refills.
I had the Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea. It was a very good experience - great food, nice atmosphere, great variety of teas. The opportunity to smell the teas on offer was both novel and useful. I liked that the tea could start as early as noon, eliminating the afternoon tea conundrum of whether to skip lunch beforehand or dinner afterwards. The service became a little hit and miss once the venue became quite busy. Most of the patrons appeared to order the Mad Hatter Tea. That said, the wait staff were friendly and tried to please.
The food was amazing and the staff were very kind. They explained the whole menu to us and let us decide what we’d like to have.
Enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, teas and cakes were delicious!
I had an absolutely fabulous time. The staff were very attentive, the food was excellent and the decor and setting was amazing.
Thank you for a loess afternoon , and I will certainly recommend you.
Me and my friend had a lovely time. It was for my friends birthday. We loved the Alice wonderland theme.
Ambience should be improved.
