Nordic by nature. Modern Scandinavian cuisine is very enjoyable. It is not for nothing that 22 year old chef Thomas Hansen is one of the Denmark?s top chefs. The menu offers fabulous light vegetarian cuisine. Even the bread is prepared using one of Thomas? fantastic recipes. The restaurant also serves seafood, such as salmon imperial served with smoked cheese, quail eggs or fried zander fillet served with spinach. Dine by candlelight. Go upstairs for a view of the castle. The wine selection is small but good. The staff are friendly and the service is snappy. You will want to keep coming back.
