This grand setting is where host and chef de cuisine Michael Hoffmann presents his ?Cuisine Avant-garde Classique?. The new experiences for the palate taken from French cuisine are complemented by a wine list which, listing 600 different items, is one of the most extensive in the city. What's more: Margaux now has a midday set menu (Friday & Saturday) with dishes taken from regional cuisine. These are prepared in accordance with the AC cuisine criteria at a price of ? 16.
