This Hotel is in a fantastic location for Harrods and the Museums etc. Very enjoyable Sunday carvery lunch. Choice of starters was superb, less choice for the dessert. But all very good food.

We had the Sunday Carvery offering. The service management was excellent but the waiter was very inexperienced and ill trained. The meats were tender but , without exception, overcooked. The desserts were excellent.

Waiter was very kind and attentive. Afternoon tea came with quite a lot of food. Enjoyed the scones. Atmosphere was nice, but relaxed. Really enjoyed it and was given 25% off. Hope to come again!

The worst afternoon tea I have ever experienced. Very unappetising food, extremely poor service and no atmosphere. The two large TV screens didn't help either. Very disappointing indeed.

We had a traditional afternoon tea to celebrate the retirement of our friend. The finger sandwiches, the scones and especially the mini cakes were really delicious. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly service.
