Great atmosphere, food delicious and hot. Beef wonderful, other family members had the pork with real old fashioned crackling, none were going home hungry or dissatisfied. After a short break "to make room" we even managed puds on top which were excellent. Staff friendly, professional and efficient.

friendly helpful staff, good food and good menu choices, would have liked a slightly bigger portion of veg. Very nice pub next to River Nene with character and open fire.

Food is average....on the first night we all had pea and ham soup ...it was pea soup with one small bit of ham...I had gammon, egg and chips and it was the thinnest piece of ham I've ever had..Second night we all switched and tried the fish and chips,,,the batter wasn't good and the mushy peas had been zapped too long in the microwave..my friend tried the curry,,it had about 3 pieces of small chicken and lots of sauce...

What can I say except superb!!! The Queens Head Inn is a lovely pub with a gorgeous beer garden. The inside of the building is just as gorgeous. Greeted with a warm welcome and then served some amazing food. The food looked too good to eat and did taste amazing. The most shocking thing was the price!! Food of the quality you would normally expect to pay twice as much. I could not recommend this place highly enough and I am already planning my next visit there

We came for Sunday lunch and thought it was very good value for money. The 3 members of staff were all very friendly and accommodated a small change on a starter for my wife without any difficulty. Found all 3 courses very enjoyable and great portion sizes. Will certainly be back very soon.

Afternoon tea for 2. Lots of lovely fresh sandwiches, cakes and scones. Bottomless tea. By far the best I’ve had. Have been so many times and it never disappoints. Already booked to go again
