Restaurant description

A bright restaurant with a warm, inviting ambience, Pulia showcases traditional delicacies from the Puglia region of Italy. The counter has mouthwatering light bites on display, with a great selection of imported Apulian deli items also on sale, or sit back and enjoy a glass of Pulian wine.

The Pulia menu features authentic dishes from the South East of Italy, starting off with a selection of freshly made pasta recipes, and fish and meat-based options with imported cheeses and cold cuts, including creamy Burrata cheese form Andria.

A selection of delicate pastries are served at Pulia in Southwark, alongside other sumptuous desserts including Pulia's own tiramisú. Diners can enjoy Italian soft drinks, or sample something from the polished wine list, pouring Apulian wines featuring Pinot Grigio, Primitivo, Fiano and other blends.

A popular Italian restaurant in London showcasing authentic recipes from Puglia in a traditional, welcoming atmosphere, Pulia is a 6-minute walk from London Bridge Tube Station and close to famous landmarks in the area from the Globe Theatre to the Borough Market.

Dishes displayed on a la carte menus are representative of the type of food available at the restaurant.

The meal was ok Nothing special and very little clams and octopus in the associated dishes but the pasta was fresh Also they got one of the meals wrong and my daughter had to wait until they made up the meal However the setting is nice and the decor is clean and fresh

Good restaurant, excellent service. Lots of choices of burrata, which goes well with the wines on offer. The pasta is perfectly coked al dente
