Winchester Prezzo restaurant serves classic Italian flavours in a spacious and airy dining room. Winchester Rail Station is within a 5-minute walk.

The Prezzo menu presents a range of exciting dishes, crafted using the season’s best ingredients. Sample meat & fish dishes like chicken Milanese or sea bass, along with classic pasta recipes, hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas, and risotto.

All the favourite antipasti dishes are on offer, as well as speciality folded calzones, and piled-high ‘la famiglia’ pasta dishes, designed for sharing. Start your visit with a fruity, fizzy pre-dinner aperitivo from the Prezzo cocktail list, and finish with an indulgent Italian-style dessert.

    Great service but very disappointing food. Belly pork was chewy, chicken was was overlooked. The food was only warm.

    Staff were friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was busy, family oriented. Menu easy to navigate. Water offered. Table was clean and ready.
    The food came in good time and was generally of a good standard. Only one chicken breast dish seemed a little skimpy otherwise portion sizes were good.
    The house red wine was not nice at all. It was very poor quality for the price charged per glass.
    Other wine (white, rose) was just ok
    One other small thing, our table was much too close to the next table, could hardly get in between them.
    In general a good experience, apart from red house wine and tables too close together.

    I had a perfect visit to Prezzo Winchester. We loved the new oil bar, my pizza was very tasty and we thought the new decor was lovely. The manager was also extremely helpful and absolutely lovely. 10/10!!

    We were very disappointed in our most recent visit to Prezzo Winchester. We had to wait 40 minutes for our starters and then longer again for our main course. The main course was also not very nice - my chicken Caesar salad had 3 tiny crumbs of chicken in it and mostly was just leaves and dressing. When we complained the waiter apologised but basically just said he had told the kitchen so they would know for next time?!? We were not offered anything to compensate for either the very long wait or the food. We won't be returning.

    Waitress was unaware of the promoted prosecco payday offer, asked if we had a code which was not required, then she thought we had to have a full bottle which we didn't, two of the three desert offers were not available leaving just ice cream, not good seeing it was only 17:00! Also toilets were terrible with soaking wet floors, should have worn wellies.

    Light & appealing restaurant - cosy but sufficient space for a wheelchair/mobility buggy to move around with ease. Accessible facilities. Dishes selected - a salad, a fish choice from the grill & a pasta dish - were enjoyed & these were followed by the mini deserts with choice of hot drink. What an excellent idea these were for small appetites. Our waitresses were very efficient, friendly & helpful.

    Wouldn't reconnect it food was good but service was very poor was overcharged due to a poor card machine and then it was not corrected and I was left with a considerable amount taken off my card for a while. Very poor considering it could be corrected at the time and I could have done it myself because I work in a similar place with a card machine. Not impressed

    The food was good, but the experience was marred by the terrible acoustics in the room. Although only half full, the background noise was so loud it was impossible to hear either ourselves or the waiting staff. The server obviously couldn't hear either as several mistakes were made with the order; wrong drinks, wrong salad for instance. There were a lot of dirty marks on the wall next to our table, food stains etc plus several ants that appeared on the table post dinner! Although the staff were friendly and helpful, it took some effort to find one on occasion...asking for the bill was a bit of a task, the first server either didn't hear or forgot. It's a shame as the food and general professionalism of the staff was good, but we are unlikely to return because of the other issues.
