Moisy venue due to flooring and high ceilings.Usual slow service which is clearly due to inadequate kitchen staffing levels Not the fault of front of house staff who have to do all the apologising! Only went because we had Tesco vouchers and there is convenient free parking nearby. Would not trust them for a special occasion or for more than just the two of us. The Pizza Express menu is far better and more reasonable.

Lovely food, my goats cheese penne al forno was fabulous. Pizzas lovely too. Waiters we had were very friendly. We just feel Prezzo is generally a bit on the pricey side though.

We visit Prezzo in Wimborne on trips to the Theatre which is located just a short walk from the restaurant. The restaurant is open early so getting a hot meal before a visit to the theatre is not an issue. There is a varied menu with lot of choice. My favourite dish is Chicken with mushrooms in a sauce, but a companion enjoys the vegan choices.

Not a good visit, pizzas were terrible, very hard and dry.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. A waiter welcomed us and took us to the table. It took quite a while to be served to order drinks. I ordered Chicken Carbonara Al Forno with GF pasta. It arrived quickly and when I started eating it did not have a lot of the creamy sauce Carbonara usually comes with. My husband had spaghetti and his looked better, but he was not offered and spoon. We were not offered grated parmesan whilst other tables were. We also order deserts which were very nice - Pana Cora and a mini vanilla cheesecake.

The food was expensive but very nice and the staff very friendly but the place is looking very tired and in places dirty. It needs a good carpet clean and a fresh lick of paint. Both male toilets out of order so boys and girls sharing one toilet upstairs. It needs a bit of love put back in. The acoustics is the worst part of it all the noise is like a boom box, you can buy acoustic panels that stick to the ceiling that deaden the noise, this I think you should seriously consider. There’s a company called Rdp interiors that do this and have had some great results

Unusually the service was very poor when we visited. Can only think they were very short staffed. It took about an hour from being seated to receiving the main course & it wasn't just our table that was affected. When the food did arrive, the portions were more than adequate and very hot.
