No problem with the food, it was tasty and hot. Service a tad slow as the restaurant was busy and it was very noisy....my husband and I could not hold a conversation across the table without raising our voices.

Waiter was very stressed and asked us to stop ordering as he was confused. There were 11 of us but we helped him check through our order and all was ok!

Poor service on the evening of the visit: waited nearly 45mins for the pizza to be delivered. Later tables served before us.

The food was absolutely excellent, and the service from Lucy couldn't have been better. The service in the past hasn't always been 100%, but I'm really pleased to say that the food was remarkable - the king prawn risotto was perfectly cooked and my goat cheese prestigio pizza was excellent. Lucy was very polite and attentive and I'll certainly be returning very soon.

Appalling! We arrived at 18:15 to have a pre-theatre dinner before a show that started at 20:00. The service was inept and we barely had time to eat our main courses before we had to leave. This was surprising as the restaurant wasn’t especially busy. At one point, we observed that absolutely no other diners had food at their tables either, despite the staff appearing to be walking around purposefully, just not carrying any meals. When the food did arrive it was practically inedible, particularly my wife’s chicken which was less char-grilled and more charred to a crisp. As we had to wait so long it was impractical to send it back, as this would have meant no meal at all. We used to visit this restaurant frequently several years ago, but the standards have been steadily declining for a while. Rest assured, this was definitely our last ever visit.

We visit this particular branch of Prezzo 2 to 4 times a year when going onto the nearby theatre. As usual the service and food were good.

Disappointing. This is our preferred Pizza Restaurant whenever visiting Wimborne, usually before a show at local theatre, 'The Tivoli', and have always had first class service and food. Sadly, on this occasion I cannot say the same. The restaurant was not particularly busy and staff were courteous and efficient. Our food and wine arrived quickly but the pizzas were not very hot and had way too much hardened crust all around the perimeter, and this, in conjunction with blunt knives, made the meal far less enjoyable than usual. We did not complain or bring this to the attention of the staff as we had very little time before the commencement of the show. One other point ... we gave a small tip rather than the over generous one we usually give, and perhaps the staff should be taught to say thank you for all amounts, big or small, and not just walk away. Sorry Prezzo Wimborne but you need to up your game, especially in view of the increased competition for restaurants in Wimborne.
