Nice ambiance though noisy. Lovely staff. Good service. Had gluten free goat's cheese and red pepper pizza which was very disappointing compared with one that I ate in the Haymarket branch. Very little topping though cooked to perfection. Didn't mention it at the time as I wasn't asked, and I'd eaten it anyway!

Had an awful meal here. Restaurant extremely busy, staff not attentive and didn't speak English well! Had to repeat myself all the time. Said can I have some more serviettes about 3 times, before I pointed to one on the table and he understood!
Long wait for all courses and had to frequently ask where starter/main course was. Ordered dessert, told waiter I was taking my son to the toilet and we hadn't let, returned to the table and a waitresss was clearing it!! Food VERY average. Ordered child's penne and tomato sauce, sauce was very watery, served like soup my 8 year old literally had to go fishing for the pasta in his bowl! I ordered the carbonara, didn't have a nice rich creamy sauce like most carbonara, instead was thin and extremely salty.
To add insult to injury I had a 30% off voucher which when I presented it got told it wasn't valid at that branch!! I assume this branch is thought of a flagship branch then, well then it's flagship of a sinking ship!
To be fair, I spoke to a manager and she did rectify my bill considerably, which was the right thing to do. However, I would have been far happier, to have enjoyed my dining experience and paid just with the 30% offer!
Safe to say I won't be going back there.

Lovely waitress provided great service. 3 out of 4 meals fine. My steak and rocket main course was smaller than my husband's rocket side salad. Said it came with garlic bread....actually 3small (about 1 X 2 inches)pieces of griddled maybe pitta bread but not sure what it was. Menu is expensive for what is us but maybe that is due to location . No prep offers valid here. I will not be back. I was hungry when I left and nipped into Tesco opposite before visiting theatre. Must be a first after going out for dinner . Should also add it was extremely noisy.

Food was average starters were just warm main had that many chillies in you could not taste the rest of the dish and was also just warm enough to eat wasn't piping hot and the pudding was that hard when I put my spoon into the spoon slipped off and nearly broke the plate so my mrs didn't want to eat it as it was causing attention to be drawn towards her considering it was her birthday next time we will think about going somebody else ! Service on the other hand was friendly and fantastic I did hear others complain about the warmth of the food and about there food being cold when it arrived first experience of prezzo was much overrated by people it was average

Food was fine and the service was wonderfully helpful and efficient. The ladies toilets, however, were a disgrace. Not the staff's fault that a customer had left the middle one in appalling condition but one had a dodgy catch and the other was marked out of service.
