Genuinely friendly waitress. Lovely main salad with garlic bread although not very big for the amount of money. I had a salad at a garden centre recently that was less money but twice the size.

Worst dining experience at Prezzo we have experienced. I cannot leave feedback on food etc. As the service was very poor and we left after 1 drink order which wasn't fulfilled correctly. We won't be back.

Lovely meal at Prezzo in Old Stevenage Stevenage last night. The calamari was cooked just right and really liked the balsamic onion/mozzarella flat bread for starters, we both chose the "light" mains and both meals were really nice, plenty of it so much so we couldn't eat it all after the starter as well. It was probably one of the best meals we have had in a Prezzos.

In summary very poor . Staff struggled with English dropped cutlery twice in my lap and then over charged us without an apology when they realised they had made an error

Not as high standard as it use to be, fast food at restaurant prices now sadly.
Once soon a time you could be sure of freshly cooked delicious food but now it's prepared & served up in seconds so you're rushed as well as slightly disappointed.
Staff & service friendly & efficient

We were seated quickly and served quickly. We had a buy a gift voucher, which was noted in the booking register. Not once were we asked if we wanted a drink, an appetiser how our food was nothing we had to ask to order ask for water ask for service in general. We left after having a very port experience indeed. What made it worse was that some months before we had visited the very same restaurant as paying customers, served by the very same waiter yet treated completely different. Spent over £75 there on that visit. Won't be visiting again. Very poor service and I can only put it down to us using a voucher. Disappointed to say the least!!

Booking made during the day, attempted 15 times to call between 5 and 7 pm to extend from 3 to 4 people - phone was not answered.
When we arrived, there was no record of our booking - luckily we still had the confirmation on the phone.
It then took over 30 minutes to place a drinks order.
We ordered garlic bread and olives as a starter - watched the garlic bread sit on the counter for 15 minutes before it was brought to us cold.
Sent that back.
Drinks order was brought incorrectly also, although we accepted that as it was simply an additional J2O.
The staff appeared to be quite flustered, spending a lot of time looking at the till behind the bar, but working quite inefficiently in my opinion.
Overall a quite disappointing experience.

Very good food, service didn't come with a smile waited a long time between main meal and pudding and asked 3 different members of staff for the bill. Wasn't happy.
