First time visiting Prezzo. Loved the food but not the service! Was given main menu, had to ask for set menu which seemed to put the waitress out. Asked if Friday Prosecco half price deal was valid, was told yes. Ordered our 2 courses, ate our food had 2 drinks each. When the bill arrived, I had been charged full price for the Prosecco. I queried it with the waitress who told me "You have to have a voucher for the half price drink". I told her I had asked at the beginning of the meal but she insisted again that I had to have a voucher. She stomped off and spoke to the waitress who I had originally placed my order with, had a short conversation together and then came back dropping an amended bill on the table, obviously not happy with me. When I got out the gift card I wanted to pay with she stormed off and made a young man take the gift card and took the balance on my debit card. I didn't leave a tip! If we hadn't been on our way to the theatre, I would have complained to the manager but I wasn't going to miss the beginning of the show.
I would visit Prezzo again but not this particular restaurant. I think customers should be offered a choice of menu, especially when there is a special offer.

Food was really nice but service was terrible. We had another place booked and we spent at least 40 minutes waiting for the bill after having to ask 3 different people

Nice food. My husband always has the lasagne, he says just like a homemade one!

My cousins and I had lunch and ordered a variety of different dishes, all of which were substantial and tasty. Overall a very positive experience.

We felt like we were treated as second rate customers because we had our buy a Gift voucher. The menu we were offered had very little choice and was not inspiring at all. But everything on the menu was available but there was no replacement. Bearing in mind the were only a few choices per course, this severely limited meal options. We were kept waiting to order, had difficulty getting the waitress attention and paying the bill was éxcrutiating, with two members of staff asking for our voucher number, as if we were trying to cheat them. the house Red wine was not good. We ordered extra two glasses of wine which cost £14. What a rip off. The whole voucher représentés poor value for money. the waitresses didn't even bother to look up to say goodbye when we left so we didn't bother to call out. Glad we didn't leave a tip. Will not go back. This is the first ever bad review I've given. The ice-cream had lumps of ice in it. And tasted like it had been badly stored.
