we have been to prezzo many times before it was one of our favourite place's to eat but sadly this time was not the fish cakes came out in very small balls and didn't taste that great this was after 2 mix ups first they only brought one when we ordered 2 then ended up bringing a third on round! then the risotto was so bland didn't taste of anything and there was just way to much oil all over it the service was slow and was a birthday treat and disappointed!

Asked for window table but not given, when asked again they said oh sorry we're too busy. They did however put us on a table by the window. Too busy! Too loud!

It was a very busy Saturday night, so it's understandable that the staff were stretched, but I wonder whether they were short staffed that night as it seemed almost impossible to get the attention of a waiter. We had to wait half an hour before anyone came to take our food order. The food did arrive in good time, but then again after the meal it was a long time before someone came to clear the plates and offer us a dessert menu, and we struggled to find someone to ask for the bill. The staff all seemed rushed off their feet so I think that maybe on a Saturday night it would be wise to employ more waiting staff. Due to being so busy it was incredibly noisy in the restaurant, I suspect because it's stone floored and high ceilinged so a very echoey space. We all had to raise our voices to have a conversation, which isn't what you want from a nice evening out. The food was very good, but it's a shame it was so busy and noisy.

Very slow service, and staff omitted to share the special offer menu when we ordered. Once I found an offer online staff refused to let us benefit from it even though we had ordered dishes which were included. I was very unhappy and I think for the first time in my life did not leave a tip. Very disappointed ;'-(

The staff work incredibly hard but there are not enough of them. It took 30 minutes from arrival before our order was taken for drinks. As it was so slow, we hastily ordered food as well - as we thought we might be waiting another 30 minutes. Because the staff were so busy, little things kept getting forgotten - we asked for some straws (twice) & didn't get them & table water (twice) which we did get the second time. The food is cooked to order & lovely but something needs to be done to speed up the ordering process. At one point, we couldn't order any beer as they had run out of pint glasses!

Even though it was very busy the service was quite fast. I liked all the dishes I had which were the bruschetta, penne alla rusticana, and chocolate cake. Drinks selection could be better i.e. Cider as I would have had that.

We had a fantastic meal at Prezzo's last night. The service was relatively quick, the food arrived steaming hot. It was also delicious. Overall the service has much improved from previous visits. So well done, keep it up.
