8 PM on a Bank Holiday Monday and very few diners. Food was properly cooked and the ingredients while not top end were equally not bottom end delivered from corporate central to be heated up on site like similar chains.

Early evening mid week - nice simple food - good for everyday dining - unpretentious and easy

Ate early evening and everything was very pleasant. Staff attentive and food good - nothing special but as expected from a high street chain and certainly better than some. Can't say anything was really bad or exceptional -go expecting fine dining and you will be disappointed, but go with realistic expectations of eating a nice meal in very pleasant surroundings, you'll be happy.

the garlic bread was rock solid and my friends really struggled to cut it let alone chew it. the staff were very rude and inconsiderate. drinks are expensive. food is dear for what it is, food is very bland, some ok presented, some not. person on the front desk was so rude we almost walked out. i'm not a fussy eater, love all food and never complain, but this place was just so awkward and so many things unpleasant with it.
