Housed behind a magnificent glass façade in Salford’s glitzy Media City, Prezzo Manchester serves contemporary Italian cuisine. Clean lines and ultra-modern design in the dining room are offset by an al fresco terrace for summer dining.
The Prezzo menu presents a range of exciting dishes, crafted using the season’s best ingredients. Sample meat & fish dishes like chicken Milanese or sea bass, along with classic pasta recipes, hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas, and risotto.
All the favourite antipasti dishes are on offer, as well as speciality folded calzones, and piled-high ‘la famiglia’ pasta dishes, designed for sharing. Start your visit with a fruity, fizzy pre-dinner aperitivo from the Prezzo cocktail list, and finish with an indulgent Italian-style dessert.
Enveloped by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, the open plan dining room looks out onto the bustle of the complex. Prezzo Salford is 6 minutes’ drive from Manchester United FC Rail Station.

The food was very good and brought to us quickly. Unfortunately, we were almost done with our meal by the time our wine arrived.

We were a group of four. The seating - wrap around bench style - was uncomfortable, with the two on either end struggling to get seated, and the other two having to do a very undignified bum shuffle to get to their seats. The olive 'nibbles' were nice, but a very small portion for the price. My bruschetta was so tough that I gave up trying to cut it and had to deconstruct it first - ridiculous. The mains were very nice - a salad of chicken and avocado; a grilled chicken breast; salmon penne; mushroom risotto - all very tasty and good sized portions. The mini dessert with hot drink is a nice idea, but the panna cotta was tiny and the tea so weak it couldn't crawl out of the teapot. A middling experience for me - the restaurant is noisy and lacking atmosphere. The staff were, as always, lovely.

Great place to eat in a perfect location for visiting Media City/Salford Quays are of Manchester. the food as very good and one of our party required a gluten free menu, it god to see this information is written on the menu. The sea bass was just right, as were other dishes my party had. A warning though, you get a lot when you order pasta dish so make sure you're hungry. First class.

The food was lovely as always but we were a little frustrated as having ordered my free Proscecco it seemed to take an age to come and we had to chase it. It wasn't very busy but we did seem to have to wait for longer than we expected. It is just a bit difficult at lunchtime and maybe you need more staff on. Having said that the staff were very friendly, we are just not sure there was enough of them.

l normally love prezzo and go use their chain quite often. I was disappointed last night starters were ok but my main meal was broccoli hard and not really warm on the pasta gorgonzola which they have changed from penne pasta. Sauce was creamy enough rather bland due to the fact that they have changed it, removed the gorgonzola chicken from the grill this in addition to the dauphinoise potatoes they removed some time ago l will be using it less often

Nice restaurant to go to with family and friends - in particular, we have a 2-year-old, and have to choose restaurants that are suitable for him. Features that are good for our little one: he was given crayons and paper on arrival; the cubicle-style seating allows him some freedom, but prevents him from leaving the table altogether; good wi-fi signal allows him to watch cartoons on YouTube to keep him occupied; kids menu suits him and is reasonably priced; there is a useful play area right outside the restaurant if he gets bored. Good range of dishes - in my opinion better quality and choice than many other Italian chain restaurants. We went for Sunday lunch - service was fast, considering this was a fairly busy time. Overall we were very satisfied. This was a return visit.
