Disappointed as no pizza or dough based products were available. No discounts were offered despite all customers having to choose from a very limited menu. I understand supply issues occur but I'd assume there would be some discount.

The waitress was rude when we walked in, she didn't make us feel welcome - we felt like a nuisance and a problem even though there were only two other tables full. We were sat next to the door and then made to feel too uncomfortable to ask to move. Another member of staff - I assume the manager - was rude and abrupt, and extremely unwelcoming and cold towards us, especially when paying. Overall it was a horrible experience. The food was average.

My friend and I visited Maldon restaurant on a Wednesday evening. The waitress informed us there was no Pizza, mushrooms or sticky toffee pudding. No Pizza?! We nearly went elsewhere as my friend isn't a pasta person but settled on the Caesar salad. We both enjoyed our meals and had a lovely evening. But, No Pizza?!
I also used the toilets whilst I was there. I went in one that must've been out of order for a while as it's now being used for storage, it was so smelly.

Tbh the woman serving us was really rude, first of all I went of in for a table for 2 and was told I would have to wait until 8:30 so I accepted defeat and left but then came up with the bright idea of booking a table online and went back in for 7:45, the woman (can not remember her name) after that the woman became a little bit more friendly whilst serving us but personally she made me feel rushed into ordering, luckily I know what I like to eat at prezzo and didn’t miss my shot at ordering my perfect meal, I got 2 dishes of penne arribatta for me and my other half, we also treated ourselves to some garlic bread and house fires which I must say were delightful, I believe the young lad called victor prepared them in the kitchen, as I asked for the bill I used a very nice 30% off voucher code that I regularly receive via email, but I felt like the woman was judging me whilst all of this happened I felt the woman’s gaze pierce into me with judgment because of my voucher, all in all I love prezzo a pasta dishes and garlic bread but the woman that served me made me feel very uncomfortable on my visit.

The prezzo in maldon is in a good location and in summertime the al fresco is good.
The staff are always polite and the food is generally ok.

Bit cold near the door but service, staff and food were excellent.

Good as always, but prezzo needs to add to there menu to keep us coming back, as with allot of Italian restaurants, can get a bit boring.

Average food, pizza was over cooked and therefore crumbling in hands, making crusts nearly impossible to eat. Calamari lacked flavour, however dips were delicious and overall good value using the set menu options available. I would return, however consider against a pizza. I did feel slightly rushed, maim arrived 2 minutes after we’d finished our starter and had finished eating within an hour of getting into the restaurant. 8-10 minutes between courses would’ve made it even better!
