The staff were prompt and friendly but the variety on the buy a gift menu was not great and there is no vegan sweet course on any menu, really disappointing as all the other major chains have a really nice dairy free option for vegans or those with a diary allergy (like we had in our party). The other vegan options weren’t very good, mushroom pizza needed a sauce, other than that food was nice and service very quick. It’s just not the first place I would choose in future. There are better options. Through buy a gift you don’t get that much more for your money, especially as both Prezzo and other Italian high street chains have better deals for multi courses on all the time. It’s not really worth paying out for.

The food was great. We loved the Calzone and garlic bread with mozzarella & caramelised onions. The children’s menu also had lots of choice & great portion sizes.

My dining experience was really bad. The staff was polite but the service was awful my partner starter came out still frozen and we ordered to share garlic bread wich came out 1 piece sent that back then it came out with cheese. We asked for no cheese due to allergy then hd to wait for a whole new starter before the mains was tasteless. I probably wouldnt eat here again.

It was a great evening with friends. I particularly enjoyed the pasta with beef ragu which I have never tried before, 3 of us had this dish and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the prawns in tomato sauce and red chilli was absolutely delicious,. I usually enjoy the linguini with prawns and lobster. I find this dish always reliable and tasty. I find Prezzo very relaxing, with David Hockney painting and prints add to the splendid surrounding, he is one of my favourite artist. The wine was excellent. I often eat at Prezzo if I visit a county or town where there is one.

We had a great visit to Prezzo in Maidstone and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were just right and the atmosphere was calm. Our waitresses were happy to help and patient with our orders. We found the room a bit too cold and the chamomile tea was okay - however, we enjoyed our visit. Thank you very much.
