The whole experience was very poor, when we received our meal,we still hadn't received our drinks, apparently there were new staff who were "slow"! That's not what you want to hear on a busy Saturday! We were never asked if we wanted anymore drinks and I paid with Tesco vouchers and ended up loosing money from them because instead of asking which ones I wanted to use as my food bill didn't amount to enough. All of them was used and so o lost money on them!!!!

The food was very good. Adults and children's meals were great quality. Good value for money, especially the children's menu. Unfortunately the staff were a little lacking in good customer service skills and their appearance was not what I would expect from a restaurant. Looked untidy and not a good representation for your chain. Service was very slow and when food did come out there were isues with timings which resulted in some of my children waiting considerably longer than I feel is reasonable to eat together as a family.

Hi, The service wasn't that good they tended to forget us and also they forgot to bring over a side salad which was ordered. Also, when the bill was brought over it was incorrect.

We booked a table here because my mum had birthday, had a £20 gift voucher from my company, first experience. Booked a table for 5, we have been given a box, which is confy but very tight. B-day card on the table, that was nice, We not even sat down and the menus been given to us! Drinks order: I have asked for grappa, the lady said, I am afraid we do not have it, but will double check for you. Than she came back and said, we have grappa, would you like to have only the grappa or the beer as well, I never said I do not want my beer which I ordered before. We have been just asked for the food order, wanted to give the birthday present to my mum and clink our glasses and the food came out...Very annoying. We ordered risotto, which was tasteless! No spice in the food and I do not mean salt. My sister tried many times to put her hands up to ask for more cheese but the staff not even looked around, to check the tables! Service slow due to understaffed restaurant, Staff does not keep an eye of the tables. Offered me another dish instead of risotto, took a pizza. Not even said sorry or wanted to know what is the problem with the food. Strange. Asked for the bill, when I wanted to pay, just gone to the bar, as nobody came, the lady who served us was about leaving, not even finished the table she served.I was working in a restaurant in a 4 star hotel and I know what is very important, to keep the customers. This service was not about it and I do not think there will be a second time for me to visit you.

The food was not as good as the Kings Lynn Prezzo, and it is very noisy as it is one large open space.
