big and noisy with friendly staff - the foodmis just OK for a chain eatery and the wine list doesn;t have enough italian wine on it

Poor service from staff who were barely able to converse due to language issues.
The food was nothing special and wish we had gone to pizza express as far better quality and service with a smile. Pizzas had zero seasoning. Plain tomato paste with a few slices of pepperoni cheese and chopped chillis. Had to cut with a standard knife when other restaurants offer a pizza disc to cut them with. First and last visit. Get what you pay for. Cheap food and poor service.

I booked online for an inpromptu Birthday meal for my daughter. We arrived at the restaurant and were shown to our table, after a while, drinks orders were taken and drinks consumed.
The waiter arrived to take our orders.
We ordered a variety of pizza/calzone meals, to be told that, "We can't serve pizza and we have no dough".
The (summoned) manager confirmed, the restaurant was awaiting a delivery of pre-made dough and so garlic bread/pizza/calzone etc were unavailable. Had we considered a salad or burger?
We left the place, having been offered gratis drinks (thank you) in a state of bemusement...
It was the equivalent of a chip shop with no spuds, a petrol station with no petrol, a pub with no drinks, a risotto with no rice, etc etc
1) It would have been good to have been told at booking/arrival that there was a problem.
2) Flour, yeast and water are not a difficult mix, I guess brand conformity aces customer service in the Prezzo world.
For a relatively new restaurant, it needs to get basic communications and customer handling sorted.
I'm going to steer clear of "chain" restaurants in future - the need to a consistent 'product' seems to remove their ability to be creative in meeting customer requirements.

Was disappointed with my meal (seafood risotto). For the price I expected fresh seafood and definitely some fresh prawns! No real taste of seafood, perhaps the chef needs to learn how to make a stock from the shell of the prawns .

Food was lovely. However I didn't think the service was that good. Couldn't get the waitresses' attention when we needed to. There were two waitresses who dealt with us - I wasn't that impressed by either of them. I normally go to the Prezzos at Woodbridge and to be honest I think that's where I'll take friends next time.

Poor. Very slow service, one meal came out incorrectly and staff very miserable. It was Xmas eve! Very disappointing
