First time visiting. The manager was very helpful and nice to us. He talked me through the wines and best food. The food is really Italian and entirely amazing!

A very good meal, served to us by an attentive server. He remembered us from a previous visit, several weeks ago, when he also looked after us well. The restaurant was able to modify dishes to suit my wife's food intolerances, without any problem. The food was very tasty. We like the option of having a small dessert and hot drink as an alternative to a full dessert. If I have one small complaint, it is that the bottled beers and the glasses themselves are served ice-cold. That may suit some drinks and customers but, to my mind, a craft ale tastes much better at just slightly below room temperature, rather than ice-cold. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We went to Prezzo to have a meal before a show at the theatre. We had a really nice meal served very quickly. Both the lasagne and carbonara were excellent.

We eat at prezzo a lot. And as usual this visit was fabulous... thus time i dined with my 7 year old daughter along eith her school friend and mummy. yet again I ordered my favourite pollo rusticana and garlic bread with balsamic onions. It's gorgeous and definatley my favourite. Couldn't complain at the kids eating for £1 either. 3 courses and a drink for £1 is amazing

The food was lovely but the service was awful. it seemed that there was only 3 people serving / taking orders / cleaning. It took ages for our order to be taken, after we had asked for this to be taken and the same with the desserts.

Booked a table online without any problems. Arrived on time 6.45pm for a family meal for 8 people. Shown to a very cramped table which was really meant for 6 so I asked for the bigger table next to it but they said no. I then asked if we could have another "single" table added to the end so that we had some elbow room which they did for us. about 15 mins later we ordered drinks, 20 minutes later we were still waiting for the drinks to arrive and no one had been to ask if we wanted to order. Half hour after sitting down our drinks came and they took our order. We didn't have to wait long for the food, but no one came back to our table to ask if we wanted any more drinks EVER, we spent about 2.5rs there, with one drink each, one meal and no service. The food was nice but the service sadly was non existant. I asked for my son's birthday cake to be brought out when we finished our food, by the time it came, we had waited another 20 minutes, by then he was bored and wanted to leave. so were we. I don't recommend this for evenings, parties or family nights out. Maybe lunch service is better. Pity because the food itself was nice. PS they tried to stick a £15.00 service charge on the bill, luckily we were very sober and asked for it to be removed. Drinks were massively overpriced what they cost in a pub. beer £7. Martini lemonade £7
