After receiving your email about your £18.99 deal, hubby and I booked a table for two. Booking was very easy to do on your website.
Once we arrived at the restaurant, we were show to our table by a very smiley and cheerful waitress.
Although the table was adequate, we feel a little bit out of it. It being the main house of the restaurant.
The meal was lovely, as was my drink of a Pimm's spritzer, hubby had a coke.
We would book again, if we could get a different table.

Not very happy I told them it was my daughters birthday and they did nothing for her whatsoever see..... and when we first sat down .... it took 50 mins to get our starters even though tables around us were coming in after us and ordering and getting there starters before us and some of them where on their main meals before our bread arrived ( starters ) so all in all seeing as my daughter picked your restaurant for her 13th birthday it was a total disaster I am afraid ??????

Food was Lovely as usual. However, service was appalling. Ordered from the bank holiday special menu and the waitress repeated our order back to us but was not sure about one of the mains, I told her to write it down but she said she didn’t have a pen. When the mains arrived I was given the goats cheese pasta rather than the goats cheese and beetroot salad. This was promptly replaced with what I had ordered but of course my husband started his food before mine as we did know how long it would take to arrive. We were not asked at all if everything was ok with the meal only when they removed the plates. We then wanted dessert and after waiting 35 minutes then had to call the waitress for the dessert menu. We were given the a la carte menu so I then had to go to the bar and ask for the bank holiday menu. It actually felt by this time we were self catering! After dessert we then waited patiently for the bill but again had to call the waitress for the bill. After about 5-10 minutes we then went to the bar and paid as didn’t have enough patience to wait for the waitress yet again. Also when my husband went to the toilet there was a sign to say mind your head but there are 3 narrow steps up to the men’s toilets and my husband hit his head on a plastered beam which left a gash and his head bled. The plaster was coming away as he believes others had done the same thing. When we paid the bill he mentioned it to the waitress and she sniggered. This is not what I have come to expect of Prezzo as we are regulars and this was our most disappointing experience. By the way we did not complain at all about anything so it was not that we were difficult customers. Most disappointed.
