Love the food and the service was good to a point. Although trying to pay the bill at the end of our meal was the bad point during this visit. It took ages before we could get someone to bring us the bill.

Booked a table for 2 for 7:45 and was greeted as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food arrived quickly. The starters (humour and king prawns) were generous and tasty, as were the main meals (lobster ravioli and king prawn risotto)
All in all faultless especially as it was a busy evening.

We waited 30 minutes to be seated, even after booking the table online and waited 45 minutes until our order was taken. Had to ask for cutlery for the table and chase up our drinks twice. Not good service at all on this occasion.

Whilst the pizza was pretty good, 2.5 hours for a family meal with 2 young children is just too long! The restaurant wasn't overly busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff but food seemed to come out the kitchen very slowly. We booked a table for 6:30pm so as to have a nice early evening but did not get to leave until around 8:45 and then still had to go and request our bill from the front counter. There also seemed to be a very burnt smell coming from the kitchen all evening which wasn't terribly pleasant. Maybe we just went on an off night?

Loved our meal at Prezzo. Staff were. Friendly and helpful, food was great and my dessert was the nicest dessert I have ever had anywhere.

We booked a pre-concert meal for four, one disabled person. When we arrived, we told the greeter that our friends would be delayed, and were shown to a table. We were given menus and asked if we wanted to place our order. Er- no, not until our friends arrive? The message wasn't passed on because someone else came up and asked if we wanted to order our drinks... (Er- No, not until our friends arrive?)
When our friends did arrive, the message obviously HAD been passed on, Chinese Whispers style, because we were left hanging for quite a while before we attracted a waiter's attention and pointed out that our friends had long since arrived, could we make our orders?
Bonus points to the sommelier, the Sauvignon Blanc we had was very tasty.
Bonus points to the chef's team; our meals only seemed to take ten minutes to arrive. His salmon was delicious, and his wife said her meal - I can't recall what it was - was delicious.
Minus points though, for both of ours.
Herself asked for chicken with Gorgonzola. She told me afterwards that the meal tasted OK, but she couldn't taste any Gorgonzola in the sauce. I recall we had a similar problem in another Prezzo. We checked with the waitress, sent that one back and asked for some to be put in on that occasion. She "didn't want to cause a fuss" this time.
I asked for penne arrabiata, which arrived lukewarm in both senses of the word. I ate it, it was good, but where was the chilli??? Even the Chilli 'garnish' on top was barely spicy. I didn't want to cause a fuss either.
It does leave me wondering if our friends' meal was also 'OK, but...' and they didn't want to cause a fuss themselves!

Overall it was an ok experience the food wasn’t amazing for the price so we were a bit dissatisfied the kids menu is poor and I paid 6.25 for a cocktail and it was absolutely appalling they need to make there cocktails themselves instead of buying ready made mix
