Services was very slow, waitited half hour before we got our drinks and then had to wait over an hour for mains after starters. Booked for the Christmas set menu but when arrived the set menu wasn't on the table and had to ask for it, we noticed the other tables around us had to ask for the set menu as well, I don't think this is very acceptable given that was the reason for us dining in the first place. There seemed to be one waiter only serving while the others sat round the bar. Food was nice but someone of us had stone cold meals and others hot. Didn't have a desert as we were all fed up of waiting round for food, the only thing that arrived quickly was the bill. Such as shame as we have had work Christmas meals at Prezzo for the last three years and it seem like the last two years have gone down hill.

Not great, booked for 10 people and requested 2 high chairs. Arrived and was told our table was upstairs. Not ideal with 4 children under 4. Anyway, ordered and had to wait 40 mins just for all of our drinks to arrive and last drink arrived after asking for the 4th time. Food took 50mins from ordering to arrive at the table. Food was fine, not the best but it was hot and edible. Service was ok but very slow

We go there on a regular basis and are happy with food and service. The long bench seating could do with recovering as is very worn.

The mushrooms both my wife and I thought they were really nice. The mains were also cooked and presented well. We had a pizze and a salad. We enjoyed the meal so much we decided to have a sweet as well

Very enjoyable but a little cramped, we struggled to fit drinks bottles and dishes on the table. The bubbly wasn't chilled, ice in the bucket helped a bit.
