I have eaten in many Prezzo restaurants and every time there has been something wrong with the food. We placed our order for food and a drink and our food came very quickly, just after our drink which tells me the food wasn’t cooked fresh, to me the food looked like it was re heated. I had the salmon and vegetables dish and my partner had the Sea bass. My salmon was over cooked and very dry and the broccoli I couldn’t cut! I did mention the broccoli to the waiter and was told it was steamed, it may have been but it certainly wasn’t “steamed” properly and was very hard. The broccoli was replaced but was still very hard. I didn’t mention the salmon or the broccoli again because it was getting late and I was hungry. The food we had was not a difficult dish to get right and I could have cooked better myself. Overall we were very disappointed and will be thinking twice before we consider eating in Prezzo in the future.

We opted for the Christmas menu and the food was delicious as always. We were served promptly and with a smile and they weren’t too pushy by serving our dessert to soon. Love the place.

The service was very slow, our waitress did not seem to be paying very much attention to us, trying to take my order twice! When being served out food and drinks we were constantly being leant across by staff. We had a tabled book at 7.30 and didn’t receive our starters until an hour later, as they took over 30mins to come an take our order. Our 2 course meal ended up taking around 2 hours which is much longer than any of us had anticipated.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Although service was good, there was obviously not enough staff in the kitchen. Long wait for food and then had to return the main meal as it was uncooked. This was rectified but the rest of my party has finished their food so I was left eating on my own. Starters came out at different times. No offer of dessert or coffee. Too many customers and not enough staff!
