The food and service were both very good - we had a lunch meeting and everything ran very smoothly.

The restaurant was very noisy and the evening was spoilt by our main courses being served late on cold plates. The management wouldn't accept that this was a problem however the food was tepid at best. It was unrealistic to send it back as we had already waited a long time for it.

Fantastic wow value when you get inside completely different to the impression you get from a rather boring exterior. I recall going there when it was a cinema and it still has that feel about the place. .

Food was good but the service from the staff was very poor. Would not go again because of the lack of customer service.

The restaurant is very spacious and airy, which is a delightful change from the crowded seating in a lot of places these days, and for the 'older' Beaconsfield residents it is a bit of nostalgia from when the building was the local cinema! The staff were very welcoming; we were seated promptly and the order was taken as soon as we had perused the menu - it took us a while as two of my friends were visiting from Australia and, being unfamiliar with the menu, were trying to decide which of the many tempting dishes to order. The waitress was very accommodating in having to come back a couple of times before we decided! The food was excellent and we were all delighted with the 'dining experience'!

Booking by phone was difficult I tried for over an hour before booking on line. When I arrived at the Restrant and told the manager about the problem all I got told was I was here shouldn’t have been a problem The cleaning of the seats in the booths needs checking before showing people to there seats
