The dishes on the menu at Portocelo are made from the freshest and highest quality ingredients from Galicia in northern Spain, such as ham, octopus, fish and shellfish, as well as red meats, especially the Galician beef, cooked on a hot stone at the table. Since 2004 Portocelo has also offered Mediterranean rice dishes and paellas served with lobster, scarlet prawns, mixed (chicken and seafood), shellfish, wet rice with monkfish and vegetable paella, which can also be served with light salads. This is food that aims to please. The dining room is large, comfortable and spacious and there is also a large terrace for those wanting to dine al fresco in one of the most tranquil parts of this Madrid neighbourhood.
