Offering an exceptional experience and fine, traditional Persian cuisine, Banu Maida Vale boasts an enchanting interior and a tranquil garden terrace where guests can indulge in freshly cooked stews, breads and kebabs.

Banu at The Colonnade London offers a variety of authentic, home-style favourites. Dishes are prepared and cooked using traditional methods, and include Cholo Joojeh – char-grilled boneless chicken, marinated in garlic, saffron and lemon, served with a large bed of saffron rice and salad.

Also serving weekend brunch, Sunday lunch and a classic afternoon tea, the eclectic Banu menu is joined by a selection of wines from around the world.

Located at the 4-star Colonnade Hotel, find Banu in leafy Little Venice, a stone’s throw from Warwick Avenue Tube Station, and close to Paddington and Notting Hill.

Situated right near Warwick Ave tube station, it was very convenient to get there. The hotel is historically interesting with links to Alan Turing and Sigmund Freud. The terrace is small but a nice place to sit under the trees and have a drink...which are very well priced. Good Persian food. Dishes were very tasty and well cooked. We had the Colonnade mixed grill which was delicious and the mezze platter. The apple crumble was home made and comes with a little pot of custard. Coffee was not the best. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner.
