Went there for dinner with friends. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed and service became slow as the tables filled up. Some of the dishes were quite nice, others somewhat indistinct.

It was all very nice but a bit quiet for a Tuesday night so would suggest going later in the week. Food was delicious though and the service quite attentive. We had a cocktail after our meal which I would highly recommend. Definitely good value for what you get.

The food was absolutely fine but the whole experience was nothing flash. There were only two other tables occupied in the entire restaurant and when a single guy arrived they seated him at the table right next to ours when the whole restaurant was empty! Why? We purchased extra wine by the glass. On the menu the prices per glass are written for a 175ml glass - only one option. We just asked for a glass. When the bill came we were charged for large glasses at 5 pounds more per glass!! It was corrected, but still annoying.

Visited on a Saturday evening, on. 3 courses for [$] with glass or Champagne deal. The restaurant was quite all night, but I guess this is a business hotel so going to be less busy at weekends. Service was a bit slack, not really hotel standard... Had to ask for our Champagne and was asked 'what you want it now!?', asked for still water they brought tap... Just little things like that. Menu was was good, both started with a crab dish with cavier for main I had stuff guinea fowl, which was a little dry. We were both too full for dessert so not sure how good value it worked out for us. Absolutely fine, but I wouldn't dine there again.

we booked as a set meal with a champagne cocktail drink for 20.hrs on 26th March 2012. We were neither offered or given the Champagne cocktail drink. we were stuck in the corner buy the door, we had to wait 20 mins before even beeing asked for a drink even though the resturant was 80% empty. We were served our starters and had to ask for napkins as none were set at the table. The main course was served at the table whilst i was away from the table which i believe to be totally unprofessional. When the desert menu was offered I advised that the desert menu was different to the orginal offered but was told by the waitress the menu was correct. We ordered as necessary and when the bill arrived we was charged additionally for the deserts although it was a fixed priced menu. During the whole meal there was a persons discarded garlic prawn on the walkway which was left even though the staff passed by it everytime thet served at outr table. Overall a total disappointment and certainly would not expect this sort of service from The London Hilton. [...]

I dined at 7pm on a Friday, it wasn't too busy when I went. The food was very well prepared, and what wasn't skimped on was quantity. I was very impressed about the sizes of the portions that were given.

Arrived at 7:30pm and the waitress was lovely to give us the space we needed to chit chat and catch up. She was very attentive without 'hovering'. The food (express menu for £30 something pounds) was simple and lacking choices but regardless full of flavours. The dessert (elderflower jelly) looked utterly beautiful and the gold leaves on the raspberries by lemon tart was a nice touch. Would be nice to have a steak option on the express menu and see a little more cohesion between the courses.
