The Plas Coch menu packs in a great selection of dishes for any time of day – there are light bites to share like buttermilk chicken goujons, as well as pub classics like beer-battered fish and chips. The pizza kitchen serves up stone-baked pizzas with an extensive list of toppings like chipotle pulled chicken, pepperoni and halloumi, and there is a great burger selection with beef, piri piri chicken and red pepper and jalapeño varieties.
Desserts at Plas Coch Wrexham feature sumptuous treats like sticky toffee cookie pudding, red velvet and white chocolate cheesecake cake, and ice cream sundaes. As well as the beer selection, there are mocktails, and a full wine list.

Our food took nearly half an hour to arrive this time. There were only two of us and it was a Thursday lunchtime with the restaurant only about averagely busy. My gammon and chips were fine, but my friend had to ask for her chicken tikka to be re-heated as she found it not hot enough. She said it was nice after being warmed up. That said, the staff are always friendly and efficient and the two for one menu is good value.

Plas Coch is always busy, but the staff remain cheerful, attentive and efficient. I had smothered chicken, which was absolutely delicious. We were going to the theatre and so needed to leave promptly, and the food was served remarkably quickly. It's great, noisy, but great. And excellent value for money - two mains and two glasses of wine for around £18.

Lovely meal as always....can honestly say we have never had a bad meal. Only problem on Sunday was the wait...when we arrived we were not told of any problems but we waited nearly an hr for our lunch!!!!

We dined from the 'specials' menu, and, for the first time, were less than impressed. The portions were small. My Cajun chicken was very bland, and my friends' dishes (Somerset chicken and lamb chops) were a little tough. The liver and bacon chosen by the fourth diner was good but small. We've had excellent experiences in the past when dining from the main menu, and will go back to the main menu next time we go. The service, as usual, was great - fast, friendly and efficient.

The table had plenty of room for my wheelchair & I was able to get my legs underneath. The staff were very helpful & moved the chair out of the way for me. The meal was very nice. I had the breaded plaice off the specials board.
